legally secure & forgery-proof.
Serialization? Of course!
We support you with the serialization of your products – with a validated IT solution that we use to receive individual serial numbers or generate them ourselves. Our serialization stations print each pack with a two-dimensional barcode and provide it with tamper-proof first-opening protection. We can also aggregate your products on request. Whether large or small quantities, standardized or individual formats – we adapt flexibly to your requirements.
Printing and tamper-proof sealing
Our serialization lines combine the printing of each pack with a two-dimensional barcode and sealing with Tamper Evident labels in a single work step – precisely, efficiently and in compliance with standards.
Securely transmit serial numbers
UNITAX is connected to tracekey’s Health Care Cloud so that customers from the pharmaceutical industry can send serial numbers directly to our line manager. After printing with the Data Matrix Code, we record the serial numbers of the packaged products with a verifier that checks the print quality. At the end of the serialization process, the numbers are transmitted to our customers via the cloud. Marketing authorization holders can then forward the serialization data directly to the central data storage and retrieval system (EU hub).
Aggregate products efficiently
With our tracekey software solution, we can generate serial numbers independently – even for aggregation. On request, we can bundle serialized individual packs and provide the new packaging unit with its own serial number. This serial number contains all the numbers of the products that have been combined in an outer carton or on a pallet. The advantage: the outer packaging does not have to be opened and inspection processes become more efficient.
Validated IT with mytracekey PHARMA
Our IT connection is validated in accordance with GAMP 5 and guarantees the secure generation and transmission of individual serial numbers via the Health Care Cloud. All relevant serialization data is documented and archived in accordance with the applicable requirements.
